I was so excited to find this. We do this in my high school, I find fortification 6 to be the hardest.

@looker768 Yeah I have... we do it in class sometimes, as well as the Martha Graham Technique... if your making sure to contract and release (engaging your core) while doing so yes... especially the floor work like at 5:39.

Nice vid am gna save this one :-) the only thing that bugged me were the arms on both the laterols and on high parrallel.
