out of the 2 stores i have worked at, the one im at now, i csa every customer, and i dont sell them shit, i refuse to sell them anything at my store other than oil changes, the equipment we have sucks and dosent do its job the way it should, trans flush thru a dipstick tube IS NOT a trans flush, fuck jiffy lube, they fuck there employees worse than the customers.

Exactly. I was the best CSA in Oregon and got away with murder until I got tired of being forced to scam customers to keep my job. So I quit.
