Looks like you had a bad bond between the firing chamber and the barrel. Wait, I'm reading the comments and it says that you used DUCT TAPE. What the hell were you doing!? Trying to go for a Darwin Award? I build these things myself and I never use anything less then commercial grade epoxy resin.
