You look good in your suit.

i noticed that ankles move very little with correct technique, but if someone is abusing quads they tend to have a hard time keeping the weight on their heels. i had that issue my self not so long ago.

It'll seem like I'm dodging the issue, but it really depends on the suit and the lifter. The material of the suit, the fit, the user's strengths and weaknesses all play a role. I'd say anywhere from 10-100+lbs.
I, personally, don't get much, but I almost never practice squatting w. equipment. I'd say I, personally get, maybe, 50lbs?...

from your experience, how much does a single ply suit add to ones lift?

what do you think of frantz, I train there and get 200 lbs out of briefs and there not that hard to get on 10 seconds.

I've never tried Frantz suits or briefs, but I'm sure they are popular for good reason!

About suits: You schould get no less than 100 lb on suit and wrap. Persoanlly I get fron 180-220 lb. At that level I have problems brething in the suit at last warm up and first attemt. I have someone wrap my knees.

I was replying to how much the suit alone (all by itself) gives the lift. I'm not disagreeing with what you've said at all, but a Inzer Champion suit, for example, probably won't give you 100lbs although it might with wraps and belt.

I would say that that differs from person to person and their strong sides and their week sides. Myself would get 100 lb out of a very thight champion suit due to my weak torso and hips.
I wound the RX series very educating
