Dude, I adore heavy metal, but Classical owns! I'm actually learning how to play Vivaldi's Eb concerto on guitar.

@moviefan221 Ecclesiastes. It's in the Bible.

do you hear the harpsichord? oh my lord it sounds so good...
-
@moviefan221 Well, there are two poems, as you call them, in the beginning:
The part in the verry beginning is from the Book of Ecclesiastes 3:1 of the Bible (the King James Version). And then there is Vivaldi's Sonnet, which was written to go along with the music and there's one for each of the 4 concertos.

is that standing composer vivaldi? this version sounds extremely genuine
BeyondDestiny 1 year ago
@BeyondDestiny I agree that it sounds genuine but I would add that it has a rustic sounds which in my opinion other players do not seem to get. Kennedy sound too clinical for my liken. I think this version reflects the English seasons. Where as Kennedy et al set out to capture the Italian seasons e.g. an Italian summer is over poweringly hot compared to an English summer. I relate to the English summer therefore this version appeals to me.

A time for you to realise that this is how Vivaldi performed his music. The sonnets being read were used by Vivaldi when he performed his Four Seasons!
