When comparing the design difference in air/fuel delivery between a rotary and a piston engine, the rotary due to it using ports instead of valves has a tendancy to allow some unburned fuel to pass straight through to the exhaust port. The high exhaust gas temperatures then detonate the unburned fuel - this is normal especially for a rotary and will cause no damage.

Oh tru, I have a bee*r limiter at home and have had it on my Caldina, rx8 and a few of my mates evo 4's and besides it drawing too much power from the ecu from time to time it has worked a treat, 1 of the evos had the wastegate screamer out the bonnet vent and that shot 2 foot flames =D

no music next time please

@bobdudle123211 or you obtain the turbo lag system for your mustang.
-
turbo 2's are worthless without that cats on...if you mash on the throttle it'll cut out and feel sluggish.
-
unless u have like some crazy propane flamethrower u need to get the engine to not burn all the fuel that has entered it. u have valves, most likely will never do flames like that FC.

@higuy2011 I actually had the bee r at one point, it was pointless. I was able to produce better flames without it.
