Its a nice and helpful video however a "California Roll" does not contain Salmon but instead Crab Meat (usually imintations).

actually, u should leave the fat on: it adds additional rich flavor.

At the moment in this recipe I use the raw salmon, absolutely I suggest to everybody to cut out the fat.

this is soo cool! I can never and I mean NEVER cut salmon. Is it possible to cook the salmon instead of it raw?

You can replace salmon to use the prawn, just slice them in two and follow the recipe!
