Dont know if you can help but: Whenever I batch render an aniamtion from Maya 2011 with Mental Ray, the physical sun and sky appears black. Can you tell me how to fix this?

can i ask, usually when doing a demo reel, like for example right now im working on a lighting demo reel, do people usually TEXTURE the stuff that appear in their LIGHTING reel as well? or do they just grab pre-textured models from somewhere and light it up?
