The Salvation Army Youth Work Apprenticeship is a full-time, three-year training programme designed to prepare and equip people for employment as youth workers in The Salvation Army.
The Youth Work Apprenticeship includes studying towards approved qualifications and undertaking practical youth work in one of five LABs. A LAB is a model training site based in a corps or centre in New Zealand, which has a healthy, effective model of broad-spectrum youth work.
