No, he would end up killing too many people.
Many of the techniques, as some seen here, are aimed at disabling the opponent.
Permanently.
For example braking his larinx, crushing his carotid artery or simply braking his neck.
The speed and precision of these deadly assaults are miles ahead of a big sloppy fighter punching, kicking and grappling more or less casualy.

@itspreach I agree. My martial arts instructor said that when he was learning over in Hong Kong when MMA first came out they had his instructor watch it, to which he responded...
"What the hell is this supposed to be?" to which my instructor said "I guess that's combat sifu." and his master said "No, that's CRAP!!"
I don't think that they respect our MMA enough to disgrace themselves by even so much as being seen on a show such as that.
