@FeelingShred They are talking about the title of the song they are about to play. This song is called "Turbo Imi-nashi" The word "imi-nashi" means things that have no meaning. Char asked the guy in the red shirt what "turbo" means, pretending he does not understand English words. Finding that turbo is an accelerator (which is wrong!), Char told the guy the title is still nonsense. This song is written by this guy (Tamio Okuda) back in early 90s and played by his band called Unicorn.
