lost is the only show that has great soundtracks that really gives you the chills everytime u watch an episode. when this soundtrack was played at the end with jack and christian talking, and the song is be played in the background while watching the 2 character finally reuniting in heaven gives me the chills everytime i watch it. and when jack cries on his fathers shoulder, ah man, thats like the saddest thing ever. best show ever. GREAT JOB PLAYING THIS BEAUTIFUL SONG!!!!!!

To all comments about 3:30 theres two parts put together - unfortunately i dont have 3 hands nor is there enough keys on the piano to do the whole thing in one go. It has a few layers that go together all at once. I have done my best here so I am sorry if people want a better version. I shall see what I can do in the future :)
