@Antchovi Of course not, that's what Wolves, Bears, and Dragons are for. Wolves for the sudden swarm action that happens on every single road like Cliff Racers, bears for giving you diseases and being one of the hardest enemies before level 30, and Dragons for being like Oblivion gates with wings and firebreath that can appear inside towns as well as anywhere, especially when you fasttravel.
