A helicopter chases a motorcycle along the Pacific Coast Highway.
Shot a number years ago during a camera test from a second helicopter
(Yes the helicopter is chasing the bike but this was a camera equipment test only!)

  • pilot is sick bike goes too slow

  • Pilot is awesome!

  • anyone else think that it was dangerous for that chopper to get that low on the road??

  • This was done in 1998 and was just a test for the gyromaster camera mount. As far as I know they didn't have permits.

  • Description reads along PCH, so my guess is that it is for some movie scene, probably cleared with the FAA and with full film permits and all the vehicles are paid props. No pilot in his right mind would fly like this in a real chase nor would he be permitted to by law enforcement protocol or FAA regulations.

  • yeah how nuts is he

  • thats one hell of a oilot
