The pumping soundtrack to Hyperactive (by Special FX software). If you like Speccy games please go to http://zxspectrumgames.blogspot.com

I don't know much about this game - I think it might have been a covertape game.

  • By the way if you look on P****** Bay you can download every single sinclair user and commodore user magazine as PDF, i've been having an incredibly retro morning!!

  • Yeah man! My classmate bought in local shop ages ago and we both enjoyed this game! lol

It's one of my best of best: Exolon, Savage and Hyper Active! lol

And yes it only uses one port for sound output - 0 and 1!

I remeber the FastTracker 2 on PC could even play music trough PC speaker but that's different story. :)

  • Come to think of it is a bit 'Erasue' - ish in sound! Good to hear that you and Keith are still friends. I'll check out the Batman music

  • Stupid Youtube - won't let me edit!

    Knackers!

  • Bot me and Keith were into Vince Clarke at the time (not Erasure as such) and called ourselves "Special Erase". Me doing the code and him the music. He did similare things for me on "Batman - The Caped Crusader" and other games.

We had a a bif fall out once in a club in Liverpool and didn't speak to each othet for ages! I found out where he was working a few years back and got in touch and now we are friends again!

  • Cheers Frobush! It's a cracking tune.
