See Cal Poly's new interdisciplinary, hands-on, lab-based learning facility in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. The dedication ceremony of the $33 million Construction Innovations Center included an open house, tours of the new facility and groundbreaking for the centers next phase, the Simpson Strong-Tie Materials Demonstration Lab. The project features a new 30,000 square foot building dedicated to construction management with 12 project-based labs that emphasize Cal Poly's learn-by-doing philosophy.
