@TechnologicsCo From whats spoken, 250 watts isn't enough to evoke hydrogen ions according to Faraday's laws of electrolysis, which is probably most applicable in this experiment. Using a chemical energy source (such as hydrogen peroxide - H2O2 ) and a catalyst eg: (lead dioxide - PbO2) combined with the electrical energy supply may help this experiment achieve waterjet plasma ionization. Would be great as a cutting tool or could be used as a synthetic ruby\sapphire manufacturing tool.
