Racial profiling is inefficient. It widens the suspect pool by generalizing based on ethnicity. The key to finding a perp is to narrow the suspect pool by making arrest on behavior not ethnicity or religion.

This law would have been ethical and effective if it's not abused to the extent of racial profiling. Unfortunately it has gone that far. This law would entice more anti-hispanic hate in the USA.
Just like the pastor in Gainesville, FL, who threatened to burn Korans. Even if he decided not to do so in the end, it gave more enticement towards Muslim hate in the country.

I am from Bulgaria, let's say that the majority of illegal immigrants in the U.S. are from Bulgaria, I would not get mad at police for going after Bulgarians and asking them to provide proof of citizenship. I would understand completely that a nation has to do these things to survive and function well.

Go check out Governor Brewer's YOU tube site on what BO did for AZ. He called her to the WH awhile ago, then later said he'd sue her state for racial profiling when in fact, all she is doing is following federal law that has not been enforced. The bill she supports and signed is 16 pages and BO did not even read it. Some President.
