cycling line vs parked lorries (14181)

After while lories are parked away from cycling line, which has been resurfaced recently. To prevent lorries parking on the cycling line four bollards been installed. However, twice some lorry rammed in to the bollard.
As result of the heavy lorry rolling over pavement, bollard has been knocked down and destroyed - cracked pavement concrete slabs.
