Same problem... :( I spent all my Christmas and birthday money on this, I had only a SD TV and I was really excited to get HD and 3D. Sigh. I got the warranty, but I won't be able to drive to get my new one in 2 weeks. But that doesn't really bother me, but bothers me is that this is a common problem. Will I ever get a good HD 3D TV from the warranty that will last for years and years to come?
Had mine less than a month same issue....just got a new one from newegg, had it for TWO DAYS and the screen went black for a few seconds last night. That's exactly how the last one started. I think I have been royally fucked out of four hundred bucks. Man I thought microsoft ripped you off.....
I'm not sure what caused the display to do this. But this is what I did to mine. I added a fan in the back vents to pull the warm air out. There is no telling if something is overheating. The Xbox360 did that and had that red circle of death. I also unplug the display from the wall outlet after I'm done playing a game. So far, my display works fine.
@thefirstplayaplay i know how to fix it!!! It happened to me. Try holding all of the buttons down at once untill it turns on. Tell me if it doesn't work.

thats not an error. read the instructions booklet, it says the display automatically switches off when there is no input. saves power
