Look at it sideways at .31. You can see the kinked slope-down that was indicative of T-3s. They are also numbered in the right series- 5500s. They may have the tender wrong, but the engine is definitely a T-3. Course they mixed and matched tenders. Some Q-3s had mallet tenders at the end of steam, and were called Q-3Ts.

B&O T-3 class, series 5500. The originals were built from old Mikado and Pacific boilers. They were used for both freight and passenger trains. Sadly, all were scrapped.
