Was Tony Papa's 15 to Life Sentence Too Harsh?

Tony Papa a communications specialist for the Drug Policy Alliance and author of 15 to Life (www.15tolife.com) was sentenced to 15 Years to Life sentence for a first time non violent drug offense under the Rockefeller Drug Laws of NYS. He passed an envelope containing 4 ounces of cocaine for $500.00 . Was his sentence too harsh? NY Attorney General Andrew Cuomo who hosted his book party at the Whitney Museum of Art is also on the show.

this guy is full of it. he got caught one time but was probably doing this on a regular bases. and hes whining because he got caught. some punshement they give him three college degrees while he in prison. hell, i gratuated 10 years ago and im still paying off my degree and this piece of shit gets caught slinging dope and they give him 3 degrees. glad my tax dollars are supporting the drug game.

He should take personal responsibility for what he has done. Women who enter the sex industry get raped and can't get justice because people say they should take responsibility. They get abused and blamed, even tho we say ti's ok for them to do that, it's some lifestyle choice. Personal responsibility only applies to REAL victims and real criminals we shed tears for.
