I think there are two sets of challenges out there. There's the traditional challenges you know you read about how do you react? Do you cut your budgets? Do you cut travel? Do you cut all these things? A lot them, I mean, there are things you should be controlling in good times as well as bad. Its not that when times are good should go out there and expand and do everything you didn't do when times are bad. You need to be wise. You need to be smart if you want to have an enterprise that lasts for the long term. And most of the smart enterprises act that way and respond and manage that way all the time.
