bryanao, good point. your last question, yes in reality it would have been fine since according to the law people attempting to assassinate the president would be executed. Reverse the situation for a second tho, what do you think happens to anyone trying to assissinate political statesmen of the present Iraqi government? they are called terrorists and insurgents. The number is impossible to ascertain but the DoD has estimated his atrocities lie within 2 million people. Mosly civilians might I add.
