Big thanks to my family, boyfriend, and friends who helped made this possible! :)
The purpose of designing these Hmong inspired clothes was because of my senior project I completed a couple of months ago. We had to do something challenging and I thought, why not design/sew Hmong clothes since I've never done that before? So I did. I grew to love sewing and designing so much that now it has become a passion of mine. These were all sewn by my hands so please bare with me. It took a lot of hard work and time to complete these outfits. I'm still an amateur. My sewing skills will get better in the future. Hopefully a sewing machine will be a great help. Do expect more designs from me in the future. I'm currently working on something right now. =)
And check out Sylvester Vang's work! He's an awesome photographer! http://www.facebook.com/#!/sylvestervangphotography

I love that you are implementing our culture into modern America. I know some people want us to stick with the original but over time things change and everything evolves, doesn't mean we're throwing away our culture. Very Beautiful. <3
