    Hey Tim, you being a Ham Radio Operator, have probably used this same calculation to determine the proper length of your guy wires for your antenna tower.

    That's the method I use on walls. The lesson in this video was to teach the point you made. A refresher course in two identical triangles stacked on top of one another.
