Junko Fisher performs a formal Okinawan court dance called "Yotsudake" at Lotus Music & Dance in New York City. Yotsudake means "four bamboo" in Japanese. Yotsudake is similar to castanets and are made with bamboo tree. Yotsudake is used in Okinawan dances only as props.
