Ok. I did this workout at my local gym that has 2 flights of stairs to the top floor. The workout needs a tweak or two to make it more challenging.
Here are my suggested tweaks:
Farmers Sprint (farmers walk up stairs 30 lbs) x3
3 step jump x3
Triple step sprint
Farmers single step jump 30 lbs.
Farmers double step jump 30 lbs.
Basically I did twice the stairs and was barely winded or "thunderstruck".

Wow! Great stair training. I will give this a run soon. I usually just run bleachers, but this gives me ideas.
