  • do all the boxers learn the combinations or they ....randomly punch to make a combination in the ring??

  • @muizzee Well, like sports, all technical movements and/or offensive drills are choreographed until proper agility is acquired. At no time are punches or defensive movements made up as you go, all is taught, all is implemented, all is improvised and all is style.

  • lol sorry for this odd asssssss question...BUT.....do i breathe IN or OUT while throwing a punch?and while im punching do i twist my waist & leg to the left or right?

  • @OpticalxXxYoroxXx

Always breath out when you throw a punch. You always twist at the core when throwing your punches, that is where a lot of your power is generated from. When throwing a right hind you can twist your back foot so that you get the ritation in your hip. Once you get better you won't twist your foot as much.

  • r u supposed to go psss when u punch?

  • @robrob1234561

You breath out. It could sound like anything.

  • @muizzee some of them just watch to much tv and think one punch will knock someone out

  • Very good, clear, concise explanation. I subscribed because of this priceless piece of knowledge.

  • Sweet pointers! Good footwork to the right too! Thanks for the video..

  • she looks good and has good form too

  • @muizzee both. If you remain on balance both mentally and physically, you can react more readily to the needs of the situation. It is necessary to practice many different combinations diligently in order to have the coordination and physical attributes that make throwing punches in combinations successfully possible, but when fighting you can't move like a pre-programmed robot or a good opponent will capitalize on it. You must be able to change what movement comes next mid-stream.

  • @ptboxing agreed!

  • Good instruction (That woman body is on point btw)
