  • @soslabass one week is nothing dude.you can see progress in one month.aor maybe if you check the angle or distance between the feet every week.i improve the sidespilit for about 1/2 - 1 inch a day.sometimes more sometimes less

  • @Kamy91 r u sure whaver i have 35y ears old ? i can open legs 95 degree after wram up only .....i dont force but i dont feel progrss i trained since 1 week

  • You need only 15 minutes stretching in a day for about two weeks and you can do split.
