If you had fajin or had been training individual fajin movements before, you would know its natural to make this type of sound.

Give you a hint. Breathing out from the nose during fajin, not the mouth like some external styles. And fajin involves the "whole" body.

There are lots of reasons for yells during practice and combat, at least in Yang style. This is chen style though, so I'm not sure.
