we are still finalizing the facility contracts. we are hoping to have it cleared up by the end of next week.

do girls need to wear comprsion shorts too?

again, it is not required for 'compression shorts'...briefs are acceptable.
as a female, you should be just fine.

it says on the info we need compression shorts or briefs do we have to wear those to every work out or can we wear boxers

you are going to be working out 4 times per day. for safety reasons we highly recommend something that holds you in.
this is not something we check up on, but again, for safety reasons we recommend this.
