Whats up guys, im Tatiana carrier for clevver movies and Ive got the lastest on back to the future pals doc and marty mcfly!

We all know and love this dynamic duo, but the question remains, how did these two even meet to become such bffs? Imean, lets face it, DOC is a bit older and marty is just your average highschool kid trying to get by...many have speculated how they met and just recently, Back to the future co creator BOB GALE cleared up all the confusion!

SO heres the deal...apparently for years Marty was told that DOC BROWN was a crazy lunatic, so marty, being the determined teen that he was, he decided to sneak into docs lab and see for himself...it turns out, marty was intrigued by all of docs experiments and cool stuff in the lab, so while hes sneaking around the lab, doc walks in and was impressed by martys curiousity, so he offered marty a job as his assitnat to help out with experiements...and the rest is history!

So there you have it, you don't have to lose sleep over this unanswered mysterious relationship!

@KelticJoker Great explanation, but it can't work because when Marty went back in time he changed events into ones that in fact hadn't occurred in his own timeline. (E.g. Getting hit by a car instead of his father)

The parents from the start of the film never knew a "Calvin Klein"

Therefore in that original timeline, Doc couldn't have known Marty would exist.

"Calvin" wasn't involved in the 50's prior to Marty's tampering. Some time travel tales say "the paradox had always existed" but not here
