@DemKR Please think about what you just said. If the GOP nominee supported genocide, I hope to god the other candidates would have the balls to say "not on my watch". Sounds to me like HC is saying if Perry adjusts his position on the border and immigration to a position that is more in line with what the American people want, HC might be able to support him...but not now, not while RP is telling us all how "heartless" we are.

PS - Try to learn more about HC...it will be worth your while.

@ResistIslamToday Tx spent 400 million of it's own money to secure the border. Something the federal government failed to do. He also passed "no sanctuary city" legislation, he is also against amnesty. That is hardly pro illegal immigration.

@jeepndd I agree Hispanics/Latinos are White - being Hispanics is ethnicity not a race. What exactly did I say that makes you believe I do not know the difference?

As far as Rubio, it is his culture and ethnicity that will connect him with the Latin community. 72% of Hispanics feel the GOP is hostile towards them and with the on going rhetoric, they are not likely to gain more support for the fasting voting block. Which is a shame considering that the culture alone is conservative in nature.

@MGMtz69 What?  Marco Rubio is white. Hispanic is a cultural not racial distinction, they are Caucasians. Adding Rubio is just adding a white guy who knows a little Spanish.

It is not any states responsibility to secure the border. It is a federal responsibility and the federal gov't has sued states that attempt to act even within the federal immigration laws. I don't particularly like in-state tuition for illegals but it is a small issue. Cain does not seem to have a problem with supporting Romney even thought Romney brought socialized medicine to MA.

@PsychoBurgundy3 HC said his favorite Fed Chairman was Alan Greenspan. Ron Paul rightly told him Greenspan was a disaster. That comment shows that Cain doesn't understand the damage the Fed has done to the economy and I think that disqualifies him for office. IMHO.
