I agree that Michael didn't need all the surgery because he was naturally beautiful, always. But I think that he might've had some internal pain going on and he might've covered it by getting surgery. I don't know, just guessing. I think Michael was always beautiful inside and out, whether black, white or in between. Even if he was purple or orange, he would still be just as beautiful lol ^_^ .
