The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, together with Cotuit Center for the Arts, announces the sixth year of their collaborative winter exhibit from January 9 -- February 10, 2012. This year's exhibit is titled Wild Things, featuring artists' favorite wild things.
Keeping younger patrons in mind, art work will be displayed at a lower height throughout the exhibit -- right at children's eye level. A series of child-friendly events are scheduled over the course of the month. School groups will be welcomed to the exhibit for free for the duration of the show, and will be given docent-led tours and art instruction customized to the age level of the children.
The exhibit is free and open to the public. Gallery hours have been extended to accommodate the high demand anticipated for the show, based on advance bookings for school visits and the popularity of previously presented exhibits, So Big!, First Things First, ROYGBIV, Self Portrait Cape Cod and When We Were Younger.
