I got this Goped yesterday and I am wondering what year it is? It runs perfect and looks almost brand new. Should I do some upgrade or keep it bone stock?

  • sounds a lot better than mine is it brand new

  • @M4DMoDz2 Nope haha. It's actually very old. Early 90's.

  • think these engines are loud but can you still hear any difference between direct drive and chain?

  • @SvenskFilm2 This one was very quiet. If anything, chain driven peds might be a little louder from chain noise, but that's unlikely.

  • i have a goped with those wheels and rims and i cant find a replacement ANYWERE does anyone know were i can find them?????!!!

  • @SuperJetlife I've heard that they"re hard to find and I have no Idea where you can get them.

  • *MY GOPED IS MADE IN 1987*

  • @TheNoisePolluter yup ive got one as well IDENTICAL to this it is a 1993 g2d sport.

  • @Rick1885 no. its 1993 at the latest. the grey wheels for one. the engine which is a g2d another clue. any later/newer than 1993 would be a slant plug. the straight plug engines like this are HARD to find. and were made no later than 1993

  • @MrIrock1998 no liquimatics are yellow framed. this is a standard sport. around 1993. i have one identical to this. but yes they are somewhat rare. in this shape

  • @mikebike094 you can not find hte 3rd gen wheels like this new anymore. i have a few i keep for spares. finding tires for them are harder than wheels tbh

  • @mikebike094 UP to 1993. its a straight plug engine a g2d more than likely ( 22.5cc. very desirable versus later models ) because they rev up to 12k also the grey wheels 3rd gen quite collectible. ive got one identical to this. and in same condition. i ride mine to and from work daily.

  • its a liquimatic sport and its probably a 1985 to 1990 goped they are rare!

  • sounds like a weed whacker
