Thru All This aka Rain Jessie Haynes and Stephen Palmer Radio Wavs 2002

Once upon a time there was a house keeper in a small, beautiful and very old town on Long Island, where there are many big gorgeous homes, both old and new. The name of this town was Quogue. (Not Quohog, like Family Guy lol!)
Well this house keeper always cleaned the homes when the home owners were away, and never left home without her notebook. As a result many a song was born as she cleaned and wrote, and cleaned and wrote. Perhaps it was a ritual for the spirits and energy of the houses just as much as it was for the house keeper.
"Thru All This" also known as "Rain" was written in a large old home on the bay, where the lawn meets the waters edge and the sun dances on the waves on and off season.
On this particular day the shadow man in the upstairs hall was particularly dark and defined. The cloudy sky darkened over the bay and and the house took on a lonely, gloomy feeling.
