That is a very underrated echo pedal imo. I just bought a space echo pedal by boss and I don't really think it's that good in comparison to the DE7 - it's very easy to get gilmouresque textures with that thing.

@Imat00l uh... because you can see his pedalboard setups at online. That's how. No, he didn't use cheap clones. Gilmour had all that cash he got off Roger Water's hard work and inherent creativity. He didn't need cheap clones.

i have a question. Why do you have both a mxr dyna comp and a boss comp? I'm new to this sort of thing. why have two? do you turn them on at the same time? does one have a feature that the other doesn't? If so, what? Why? On a different note, I'm just now begining to hear the difference b/w flanger and phaser. Which do you use for what, and do you ever have the two on simultaneously?

@cdglax2000316 Sometimes I did use two at the same time (like Gilmour did in the 90s). Now I use only one compressor (Demeter Compulator).
