Subhanallah! We should feel good when we do good for someone, a good deed. But also, especially when no one knows you did it. Be fearful of pride in doing goods, and fearful of doing good deeds for the sake of showing off and not for the sake of Allah!
You should only do good deeds for the sake of Allah, and for the sake of helping someone, and doing good, not so you could appear good to those around you. Because then your deed will not be accepted by The Only One that Really Matters!
