African Side Neck Turtle taking his first swim

This is 'Turtle Face'.

He's never taken a deep swim, so this is the very first time he is taking a swim in a community tank. He got very excited with the sight of deep water and spent hours swimming. We thought he would chase and eat the fish but he's a little too slow and timid with the fish.

I am sooo excited becuz i was planning to get a painted turtle but these little guys are guarentee to none of the diseases that most painted turtles spread so i am geeting one of these cuties!!! Any name suggestions??

@reptileboy1661 That is the biggest misconception for aquatic turtle care EVER. I hope you don't own a turtle... They are aquatic, they are literally born to swim. The more water the better.
