within first 28 days the machine is exchanged or refunded, can barely hear you talking cos the audio mixing is terrible
tbh the only money you are legally able to claim back would be the original cost of the machine and taxi money at MOST under some sort of compensation
plus ANYONE who works 'technically' with computers like your friend could have easily fixed that issue in about 20 minutes tbh
