This video is a tribute made for my Uncle Terry. Please be gentle with it.
Born October 3, 1953, Passed away on December 7, 2011.
He was 58 years old.
My Uncle Terry passed away from throat cancer. He was going through some chemo therapy, but his tumor ended up getting big enough to crush one of the arteries in his throat and it caused him to have cardiac arrest.
I chose the song "The Edge of Glory" by Lady Gaga because whenever I heard the news, it struck home with me. It made me think of my Aunt Janet and him, she was on the edge with him. And in spirit, we all were.
I want to thank my family for being so strong through this hard time. And I want to let everyone in my family know that they are amazing, I love them, and that he is in such a wonderful place. Out of pain and out of his misery. He's showing Jesus exactly how good of a guitar player he was and is.
I love you, Uncle Terry. Hearing you play was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. And I'm so happy to have been able to hear it. You will be missed, but we'll be together again someday. Thank You.

Wow. I never knew Terry, only his daughter, but what an amazing man he must have been to know, and SO incredibly talented! This was an amazing video and a great tribute you've made to him. I'm sure he's now keeping the company of the world's greatest music-makers, and I'm sure he's keeping a watchful eye over your family, when he's not rockin' out!! My prayers are with you and his kids and your families as you go through this, and again, REALLY amazing job on the video, very moving indeed.

i am terry waynes cousin mike from virginia my heart was broken when i found out he had passed we hadnt had any contact with each other but i loved him and missed him and you never know how much until its to late . I am sorry i havent met his family but maybe one day.

Great job, I didnt know uncle Terry very well, I only met him once at one of the family reunions but my dad sure did and my prayers go out to you and my family. Im so sorry for your lose.
