Their protest in Leicester on Saturday was not only irrational, but their actions made no sense. They had every opportunity to have a peaceful protest, instead they just smashed the shit out of bus stops and Leicesters cultural quarter. All that says is that the EDL hate buses and art. What a bunch of radicals...

@EvolutionFACT i agree, we should respet the fact fact we are going to eat them so yea we should at least give them a painless death, i think its called hallow or summet where they kill the animal but pray for it.

@jackvincent90 well yes obviously they are not aware they are going to die throughout there lives, thats not what im saying though. All im saying is that I dont understand why they dont stun the animal before they kill it, what difference can it make really? why put the animal through agony before it dies, why not just knock it out? If they have to eat it this way for religion thats up to them, but I dont expect to be sold it without my knowledge, because I would rather not eat it.

@EvolutionFACT yes i understand that but animals in their natural habitat dont, i suppose they do feel fear of the predators but they dont feel oh no i will miss my calfs i wil miss the lake i will miss grazing. Getting married or have kids or grandkids certain jobs or goals in life are human things, we want to live to experience things so we fear death beacuse we cant do the things we wanted to do. i think anybody would be scared if they were in a slaughter house

@jackvincent90 I think you will find many animals understand that they are going to die, especially when they sit in a factory watching other animals get there necks slit while they scream there last breaths. Just because they cant speek does not meen that they dont have feelings, they feel pain just like we do, they get scared just like we do, at the end of the day were all animals, we have just evolved to a point where we can communicate intelligently and be civilized.

No im not a vegi, but just because I eat meat does not mean I dont care how the animal is killed, alot of animals we eat only exist because we breed them to eat so I dont have a big issue with people eating meat. Its animal cruelty at the end of the day and its just not necessary. I understand that muslims eat it as part of there religion but non muslims should be made aware of what they are buying, im sure muslims would be offended if they were sold non-halal meat without being told. about it.
