No I don't think so, I think that is John Moen, who drummed for the Jicks for years before Janet Weiss joined. Moen joined the Decemberists full-time which forced him to leave Malkmus et al. and opened the way for a new Jick.

Jim MacPherson, yep played with Breeders too. Looks a little like Al Gore, except Jim is clearly NOT insane.

I didn't know his name but I've always really liked his style of drumming. The Breeders aren't as good without him.
