  • i think he is using chinese penholder because when the ball goes to the forehand he dont use his forehand.

  • He is a shake hand holder.

Actually he used shake hand in matches/competitions.

He tried hard to use backhand even the ball isn't very fit just because it is a back hand demonstration.

  • He emphasizes

    1. moving forward an upward

    2. 0:50 (This is the final position of the racket) check

  • 4. ************ important ********** a) put the racket near your body b) push the racket forward, and in the course of the motion the racket should (and will) naturally be turned like that

  • 3. The elbow joint is before the body. (He mentioned many children players make it too close to their body and the motion is just

like penholder pushing th ball, this is not good for shakeholder as it is hard to use your force and difficult to make good projectile motion of the ball)

  • 1. a) try to separate your legs just as he does b) the distance between two legs is just a bit longer than the shoulder c) for shakeholder, two legs are almost horizontal (comparatively speaking to forehand attack)

    2. lean your upper part of your body so that your centre of gravity is lower a bit

  • 那个女孩子应该是刚学不久!打球的落点东一个西一个。

  • 教练貌似不放松。。上电视表情很重要。。

  • @SeungRyu94: It takes a real shakehand player to be able to play the forehand position like that. LOL. We have to practise that alot when people keep hitting to our forehand position during backhand practice.

  • cant you guys just tell from the action?

    it's just body language

p.s: I am watching this video without speaker and I still understand it...

  • you should have spoken a language that everyone understands if you want more views
