Body weight (135lb) back squat for 52 reps. Been training high volume squat sets hard for a few months now. Original goal was 50 by the end of the year, then it became 50 by Thanksgiving...make no mistake, this was fucking brutal.

    Have you seen any carryover from super-high rep squats to maximal squat strength or to your ability to rep heavier weights? This is something I've experimented with from time to time, but not consistently as you.

    Yes, absolutely. The gradual high volume work not only hones my endurance, but also puts more force behind my my 5RMs (squats specifically) - I've been able to hold onto a solid 10ish pound gain on my 5RM back squat thanks to this GOD TIER level of volume.
