After Wagner told a journalist he thought Cheryl Cole was nothing "but a girl from a council estate who got lucky" Cheryl retaliates after his live performance of The Beatles Medley. Later in the show Wagner tried to explain himself, admitting he spoke to the journalist.

this years new UK X factor is brilliant i love all of the judges its so much better without that Talentless Cheryl Cheryl who? i'm not a wagner fan but that was totally unprofessional if not bang out of order! she always telling her acts not to believe everything the papers say, then she goes and humiliates him on live tv! he should have responded like this: "sorry but as a brazilian, i have difficulty understanding why someone who punches a toilet attendant in the face is the nations sweetheart."
