52 songs into this OST, and I swear, almost every comment on these songs are memorable quotes from the game, playful banter between individuals, some sharing of game tips or suggestions, or just positive comments in general. I see little arguing, which is rare for a lot of game vids and OSTs. Bless you, FFIX fans. May we continue to revel in the memories from our childhoods, and appreciate good stories when we read or see them. Stay classy.

The entire soundtrack of this game sets it apart from any other. You become lost in it and actually live story of the characters, a truly unique experience.

FF9 is just that sort of game. What I like is, after being 52 songs into the OST, 95% of them made me say "this is one of my favourite areas of the game". Including this one. And the rest 5% aren't even area musics!

I agree with everything you said. I was more pointing out that the fundamental rhythmic theme is the exact same.

i can hear the similarities especially at the beginning, but 'opening' changes more and is more complex and its only 1 piano instead of a lot of instruments
